There currently are no travel restrictions in the US and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continues to publicly deem the health risk of coronavirus for the general American public to be low. However, we want to assure ONS Congress attendees that we understand some institutions may establish temporary policies restricting travel for their employees. Below is our refund policy for those instances.
- Attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee if they have documentation of a travel ban (including institutional travel restrictions) or documentation of medical conditions preventing travel during ONS Congress event dates (April 29-May 3, 2020).

We want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak. We will post updates and continue to evaluate as the situation evolves and adjust plans as necessary. As of March 2, there are no travel restrictions in the US and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has publicly deemed the health risk of coronavirus for the general American public to be low.
