ONS Congress Event Types
Host a breakfast, lunch, or dinner event to educate nurses on the topic of your choice and offer additional contact hours of continuing nursing education.
These informational presentations give you a chance to share valuable knowledge with attendees over a meal.
Offer non-CNE presentations to share information on your products and services to attendees during sought-after learning hall time.
Invite 10 or more ONS Congress attendees to an event, onsite or offsite. These events require ONS approval and incur the ancillary event fee.
Set aside space for internal staff meetings or speaker-ready rooms (no ONS Congress attendees.
Host a Non-CNE symposia at a venue off-premises. These can be held only during designated time slots and must be approved in writing by ONS.
Assignment of Event Space—Begins in December!
Industry supporters who have priority points with ONS receive preferential space assignments when applications are received by December 1, 2019. All other applications are assigned first-come, first-served.
Promote Your Program
ONS will promote all symposia and theater events on the Congress website, Congress mobile app, conference guide, and onsite signage. Take advantage of additional opportunities to promote your program.
