When you arrive in DC, you can register for the conference and receive your name badge and conference bag at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in the L Street Bridge. Registration times are as follows:

Wednesday, May 16: 11 am–6 pm
Thursday, May 17: 6 am–4 pm
Friday, May 18: 6:45 am–3 pm
Saturday, May 19: 6:45 am–3 pm

You’ll also be able to register at our auxiliary registration located at the Marriott Marquis. That registration desk will be open on Wednesday, from 3–8 pm.


Mobile App

Download the Congress mobile app, sponsored by Novartis, by searching for “ONS Congress” in the AppStore or Google Play. Here, you can view all Congress sessions, exhibitors, and maps, and organize a schedule personalized to your education and networking needs. You can even link the app to your social media accounts and connect with other attendees. If you have any questions when you arrive, stop by the Information Station in the Grand Lobby or the ONS Booth (#932) in the learning hall. We’d be happy to help you get started.

Did you receive your attendee mailer? Keep this pocket guide handy throughout the conference to track your must-hear sessions, events and networking activities.

Keep an eye on your inbox for weekly attendee newsletters. These emails will contain valuable information for you as you continue to plan for your trip to Congress. These newsletters will be reposted here for you to continue to reference.

 Symposia Events

Keep hearing about symposia events? These are industry-sponsored breakfast, lunch, and dinner programs held outside of the official Congress schedule. They are produced completely independently of ONS. Check out the Industry-Supported Track on the online scheduler to browse this year’s events. Symposia events are held off site and usually require a separate registration through the organizer. Check the online schedule for your desired events and click the green Register button to reserve your space. Don’t delay, these industry events often fill up!


You’ll have the chance to view more than 500+ ePosters that will be presented at this year’s Congress prior to arriving on site! You can earn 1 contact hour of CNE at each poster session held during Congress. You can earn additional contact hours by independently reviewing the posters. Every 20 posters reviewed is worth 1 contact hour. ePosters will be posted soon so keep checking this page!
