When you arrive in Anaheim, you can register for the conference and receive your name badge and conference bag at the Anaheim Convention Center in the Hall A/B Prefunction.

This year, we’re offering even more education! Wednesday sessions are now included with your full Congress registration at no additional fee.

Mobile App

Download the Congress mobile app, sponsored by Celgene, by searching for “ONS Congress” in the AppStore or Google Play. Here, you can view all Congress sessions, exhibitors, and maps, and organize a schedule personalized to your education and networking needs. You can even link the app to your social media accounts and connect with other attendees. If you have any questions when you arrive, stop by the Information Station in the Grand Lobby or the ONS Booth (#436) in the learning hall. We’d be happy to help you get started.

Print out this email and bring it along with your photo ID to the Express Check In line at Registration for an expedited experience.

Mobile device

Use the ONS Congress mobile app to avoid lugging around paper and participate in Congress social media fun to make virtual connections. We’ll even have a charging station for you to get a battery boost throughout the day.

Session handouts

Prefer paper and pencil? Print the session handouts and bring them with you to Congress so you can jot down notes as the speakers present. To access the handouts, visit, click on the session you want to attend, and scroll to the bottom of the screen. You’ll see a PDF link to click, opening the session handout.*

Comfortable shoes

You’ll be doing a lot of walking during Congress, so be sure to pack a pair that don’t hurt your feet.


We try to keep session rooms at a comfortable temperature, but bring a sweater in case you’re chilly

Lace up for the ONS Foundation/Pfizer Oncology Fun Run/Walk and Wheelchair. If you didn’t sign up during your online Congress registration, stop by the Pfizer booth to register.

*Please note: Most speakers provide only key slides for session handouts, and some do not provide any slides. If you would like a full slide deck from a speaker, please use the contact information provided on the session handout to contact them directly.

 Symposia Events

Keep hearing about symposia events? These are industry-sponsored breakfast, lunch, and dinner programs held outside of the official Congress schedule. They are produced completely independently of ONS. Check out the Industry-Supported Track on the online scheduler to browse this year’s events. Symposia events are held off site and usually require a separate registration through the organizer. Check the online schedule for your desired events and click the green Register button to reserve your space. Don’t delay, these industry events often fill up!


You’ll have the chance to view more than 500+ ePosters that will be presented at this year’s Congress prior to arriving on site! You can earn 1 contact hour of CNE at each poster session held during Congress. You can earn additional contact hours by independently reviewing the posters. Every 20 posters reviewed is worth 1 contact hour. ePosters will be posted soon so keep checking this page!
