The fine print: Only full-time students working toward an RN are eligible for the Student registration rate. Retired RNs must be at least 65 years old. Those members who qualify for active membership and receive long-term disability can register at the Physically Challenged RN rate. Customers who register at the discounted rates who are ineligible will be invoiced the difference.
Refunds will be made in full (less a $55 processing fee) when requested before March 1, 2014. Fifty percent refunds will be made (less a $55 processing fee) when requested from March 2 through March 23, 2014. No refunds will be issued after March 23.
Guest passes are $10 for one day or $15 for the full conference. They cover admission into the learning hall only and must be purchased by a full-paying registrant for his or her guests. You can purchase a guest pass on site or when you register online for Congress.
