Confirmation Information

Registrants will receive an email confirmation for ONS 38th Annual Congress once their registration is processed.

Online and phone registrants will receive immediate confirmation. Registrations received via fax or U.S. mail will receive an email confirmation within two to five days business days of their registration being processed at ONS. Once you register for Congress, you will receive a discount code that allows you to take advantage of discounted hotel pricing.

Refund Policy

Change of plans? Registrations cannot be canceled or modified online. To cancel, modify, or to register for additional events, contact ONS Customer Service (866-257-4ONS; customer.service@ons.org) or stop by the registration desk at the convention center during the conference.

Refunds will be made in full (less a $55 processing fee) when requested before March 7, 2013. Fifty percent refunds will be made (less a $55 processing fee) when requested from March 8-April 1, 2013. There will be no refunds issued after April 1, 2013.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers admission into the exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register online for Congress or on site at the Registration desk.

*Criteria For Discounted Pricing

  • Students must be enrolled in a full-time program working toward their RN to qualify for the student conference pricing. Verification will be required.
  • Only those working full-time toward their RN are eligible for ONS student membership pricing. Verification will be required. Please note that those who join ONS at the student rate who already hold their RN degree will be invoiced the difference.
  • To receive the senior discount on membership or conference registration, you must be at least 62 years of age.
  • To receive the physically challenged pricing, you must qualify for long-term disability benefits.
