Confirmation Information
Registrants will receive an email confirmation for Congress 2012 once their registration is processed.
Online and phone registrants will receive immediate confirmation. Registrations received via fax or U.S. mail will receive an email confirmation within 2-5 business days of their registration being processed at ONS. Please register online for faster service.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in full (less a $20 processing fee) when requested before March 15, 2012.
Fifty percent refunds will be made when requested between March 19 through April 20, 2012.
Guest Passes
Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers admission into the exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register online for Congress or on site at the Registration desk.
