The fine print: Only full-time students working toward an RN are eligible for the Student registration rate. Retired RNs must be at least 65 years old. Those members who qualify for active membership and receive long-term disability can register at the Physically Challenged RN rate. Customers who register at the discounted rates who are ineligible will be invoiced the difference.

Confirmation Information

Once you register for Congress, you will receive a confirmation email and discount code that allows you to take advantage of discounted hotel pricing.

If you register online or by phone (toll free at 866-257-4ONS), you’ll receive your confirmation and housing code immediately. If you register via fax or U.S. mail, you’ll receive this information within two to five business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in full (less a $55 processing fee) when requested before March 6, 2014. Fifty percent refunds will be made (less a $55 processing fee) when requested from March 7–April 4, 2014. No refunds will be issued after April 4.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased by a full-paying registrant for his or her guests. The guest pass fee covers admission into the exhibit hall only. You can purchase them when you register online for Congress or on site at the Registration desk.
