As you prepare for your trip to San Antonio, you’ve probably already started a Congress to-do list—sessions to attend, topics to learn more about, and people to meet are just a few of the must-accomplish items while at Congress.
An additional highlight of the annual meeting is the ONS learning hall. Hundreds of exhibitors set up shop to bring you up to speed on new and emerging trends in the industry. The ONS Foundation has a fun way to help you navigate the thousands of square feet of exhibitors—the Passport to Care.
You’ll find your very own Passport in the attendee bag you receive at on-site registration. It’s all you’ll need to begin your exploration of the learning hall. There are 12 special companies who have chosen to be part of the Passport to Care. The adventure, if you choose to accept it, will take to each of these exhibitors, where they will happily stamp your passport.
If you’re able to successfully complete the journey to all 12 booths, return your passport to the ONS Foundation booth, and we’ll give you a special thank you gift for your efforts. Yes, it’s kind of silly, but it’s guaranteed fun.
Above all else, the companies who participate in the Passport to Care believe in the importance of oncology nursing by supporting the awards, grants, and scholarships the ONS Foundation provides to nurses just like you.
I hope the Passport to Care makes your to-do list during the Congress!
