Showcase your brand to attendees with Congress sponsorships: Put your name and logo in front of thousands of oncology nurses and others in the oncology field through sponsorship opportunities available at the ONS 45th Annual Congress. With more than 4,000 nurses from across the United States, Congress gives you the visibility you need to put your organization front and center. Whether your goal is to increase brand recognition, drive traffic to your booth, or send your company’s message home with each attendee, you will find what you need to meet your goals at Congress. We have a variety of new opportunities available, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact us about creating a custom package to help you make the greatest impact in San Antonio.

Hold an event at Congress and connect with oncology nurses who are at the front lines of cancer care:

  • CNE symposia: Host a breakfast, lunch, or dinner event to educate nurses on the topic of your choice and offer them an opportunity to earn additional contact hours of continuing nursing education outside of the regular Congress schedule.
  • Non-CNE symposia: These informational presentations give you a chance to share valuable knowledge with attendees, while providing them with the opportunity to network with other nurses over breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
  • Theater presentations: Take advantage of this opportunity to offer non-CNE presentations to attendees during learning hall time.
  • Ancillary events: Conveniently hold and schedule advisory board meetings, focus groups, corporate and staff meetings, social events, and more in conference space

 


Learning Hall Schedule

Over half of the exhibit hall hours are unopposed to give exhibitors plenty of opportunities to interact with attendees. Prize drawings, hands-on attendee activities coffee breaks, and extra educational sessions will make the hall a busy, go-to place, giving you all the time you need to reach your audience.

Registration and Housing

Exhibitor badge registration and housing are integrated into one website. Confirmed exhibitors may register for badges and reserve hotel rooms by clicking here.  If you would like to request a block of rooms you will have the option to select
“10 or more rooms” the first time you login to the site.

Once you access the website, you will be prompted to enter/search for your company name. Once you have selected the correct company name, enter the password below to complete the login process.

Password: your password has been sent to the primary contact for your company. Please email ctrost@smithbucklin.com if you need this re-sent.

When following the registration and reservation link:

  • Verify your contact information within the ‘Contact Profile’ tab. 
  • You will be asked if you would like to book 9 or less rooms, or 10 or more rooms. If requesting a 10 or more rooms, after logging in, follow the instructions to select hotel preferences and the range of dates needed. You will be assigned a block within four business days. 
  • You may then choose to add badges and/or rooms from the Dashboard. You will be able to view the status of your staff from the ‘Manage Group’ tab.
  • Once rooms are selected, you must secure your room by selecting the ‘Pay Now’ button in the sidebar. A credit card guarantee is required to hold your room – you will not be charged at the time of booking.

If you are registered as a full conference badge and need to access the show floor outside of hall hours you will also need to register as an exhibit hall only badge.

As a valued participant in the annual meeting, we want you to maximize your time with us. In an effort to spread the word about the conference, we have put together a number of tools to help promote your participation at this year’s event including Congress graphics, email templates, and social media messaging.

Exhibitor Service Kit

The service kit is composed of ONS show management forms, Shepard forms, housing and registration information, and utilities and additional services for your booth ordering needs.

All forms are important to the success of your exhibit. You will enter your email address and password on the left-hand side of the page to log in.
