The 48th Annual ONS Congress lived up to its theme: I left San Antonio, TX, on April 30 feeling rejuvenated, refocused, and revitalized. The conference sessions captured current challenges, and speakers shared strategies to implement their information into practice. Attendees learned about a broad spectrum of topics through the invited sessions, oral abstract podium presentations, poster presentations, and industry events.

As we all reflect on our time at ONS Congress, remember these points: review your notes now, while your learning is fresh, to determine what is most important to take back to your institution; continue networking with colleagues you met at ONS Congress; begin thinking about a debrief for your workplace colleagues; and, most importantly, take time to rest and recover from the busy days!

Also, set a reminder or schedule out time to complete your evaluation to receive your NCPD contact hours. Evaluations are due on May 18, 2023. After that, selected recorded sessions will be available May 23–June 19 for additional learning and NCPD contact hours with a separate evaluation. For more information, keep an eye on your email or visit the ONS Congress website.

As you reflect on the sessions from 2023, do you have any ideas for 2024? Please share them with us through our topic suggestion form for consideration at the 49th Annual ONS Congress held April 24–28, 2024, in Washington, DC. Get ready to ignite the extraordinary
