The Alamo
This historic Spanish mission and fortress is one the most popular historic sites in the United States. As the renowned location of Battle of the Alamo, this site is an important part of U.S. history. Entrance to the Alamo church and grounds is free.

San Antonio River Walk
Lined by walkways, shops, and restaurants, the beautiful River Walk is a San Antonio gem. Set below street level, the pedestrian-only city part offers visitors a relaxing cultural experience. Guided tours and dinner cruises by barge are also available.

Historic Market Square
Discover shops, restaurants, and vibrant surroundings at this three-block outdoor shopping center in downtown San Antonio. Dubbed the largest Mexican market in the United States, the Historic Market Square calls people from all over the country to experience the El Mercado and the Farmer’s Market Plaza, which boast more than 100 locally owned shops and stalls. If you have time to stick around a few days after ONS Congress, El Mercado is also the site of central San Antonio’s Cinco do Mayo!

San Antonio Museum of Art
Travel around the world with a visit to the San Antonio Museum of Art. This museum is known for its extensive collection of ancient Greek, Roman, and Egyptian art. Additionally, the Latin American art wing features art that spans from the ancient Americas through the present day, the Asian art wing displays important works from Korea, India, Japan, and China, and contemporary art is on display throughout several galleries.

Natural Bridge Caverns
