With four educational tracks and sessions coded for specific ILNA categories, you have the opportunity to advance the education you need as an oncology profession. Select the sessions you would like to attend and you’ll receive email updates if any changes occur that will affect you.
Please note: Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a spot in the room, and symposia events require separate registration. You’ll see a link to register for symposia events in their session description.

Check your inbox the week before Congress for your registration confirmation email. If you don’t receive the
email, contact ONS customer relations at 866-257-4ONS and select option 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
✓ Read Through Your Attendee Mailer
Hopefully, by now you’ve received your attendee mailer and luggage tag. Make sure to brush up on the Congress
schedule, tips for packing for Congress, and more.

✓ Preview the speakers presenting at Congress.
✓ View a map of the learning hall.
✓ Connect with fellow attendees.
When you arrive at Congress, your first stop should be the registration area. Keep these guidelines in mind to make
your experience quick and easy.

Here are some tips to keep in mind before you arrive!
Print out your Congress confirmation email and bring it to check in.
(If you forget your email, head to a registration desk and a staff member will be able to assist you.)
If you’re in town on Wednesday, check-in early to avoid the lines! Registration is open on Wednesday afternoon in
the convention center and Wednesday afternoon and evening at the Hyatt Regency Denver.
Use all available counters and stay alert in line to keep things moving as quickly as possible.
You have four days for learning, networking, and fun! Make sure you don’t miss these great activities once you’re
Learn all of the Congress ins and outs during Congress 101. Be sure to attend one
of the two sessions, where Congress Planning Team members will walk you through the Congress event and provide
tips to help elevate your Congress experience.
Explore the learning hall during your free time. More than 200 exhibitors will
be on site to show you the latest oncology products and services. Plus, attend more than 40 presentations
and events or stop by the ONS booth to ask questions, enter the daily raffle, and get your photo taken in
the photo booth.
Feeling hungry? Attend an industry-supported symposia event during a mealtime to learn
and network. Or, join in on a Meet and Eat Dinner with some colleagues. We’ll have snack stations and coffee
breaks in the learning hall throughout the conference.
View the impressive work of your peers through ePoster presentations. You’ll earn one
CNE contact hour for attending each poster session, plus earn an additional contact hour for every 20 posters

Discover new treatments, symptom management approaches, and more with
industry ePosters. These non-CNE presentations allow you to see what your nursing colleagues working in the
pharmaceutical industry are doing. Check out these posters in the Industry Poster Pavilion located behind
the ONS Store.
